The space is incredibly comfortable and has all the amenities you’d expect like Air Conditioning units, central heat, one flushing toilet, shower, a full kitchen, living area, and three queen-size beds,
The whole tiny home is yours! The space is designed for 6 people. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, family staycation, or the ideal launching pad for your visit to the LAKE!
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishware/flatware, cooking basics, and an island
GENERAL: linens/towels, central A/C & heating
FAQ: stairs required to enter and to get upstairs.
PARKING: Park on the lot next to the tiny house.
Guest Access
Guests have full and private access to the tiny house and full access to the Clubhouse which has a free boat ramp, pier, kitchenette, picnic areas, laundry area, vending machines, bathhouse, guest Wi-Fi, and a community area with comfortable seating to gather and watch television mounted on the wall.
Guests must check in with Park Ranger upon arrival and agree to Peninsula Point’s Resort Rules.
